Kirby K9 Bite Suit Consignment Program
1. Agreement Overview
This consignment agreement is made between the party signing the document (consignor) and Kirby K9 LLC (consignee).
By participating in the consignment program, both parties agree to the following terms:
2. Items Accepted for Consignment
Complete bite suits, bite suit pants, and bite suit jackets in new or used condition.
All items must be clean to a reasonable standard and not pose a health risk.
The consignor certifies that they are the rightful owner of the consigned goods and have the legal right to send the items to the consignee.
Government consignors certify they have the authority, clearance, and permission to offer items for consignment.
3. Eligibility
Consignment items are only eligible for purchase by customers within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
4. Pricing
The consignor will determine the selling price.
5. Consignment Period
Items will be listed on Kirby K9's website for sale within 10 business days of being delivered to consignee.
Items will be listed for consignment for a period of 6 months from the date of website listing.
If an item is unsold after 6 months, consignor agrees to reduce the listed price by 10% each month until the item is sold.
If consignor does not wish to reduce the listed price of the item after 6 months, the items can be returned to the consignor at the expense of the consignor.
6. Payment
The consignor will receive store credit at Kirby K9 for the amount of the sale, less 3.5% (credit card transaction fees) and actual cost of shipping to buyer of consigned items.
7. Loss, Damage, or Theft
The consignee is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of consigned items while in their possession.
8. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement with 3 days written notice.
Unsold items must be picked up within 10 days or shipped back to the consignor at the consignor's expense.
9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, United States.

Mail your bite suit to the below address. We recommend using a shipping provider with tracking, and insuring your shipment. For most people, USPS will be the cheapest form of shipping, and you will save money by using the smallest box possible.
