SIZING
Small: Bicep less than 12 inches in circumference and forearm less than 10 inches in circumference.
Medium / Regular: Bicep between 12 inches and 16 inches in circumference and forearms between 10 inches and 15 inches in circumference.
Large: Bicep between 16 inches and 19 inches in circumference and forearms between 10 inches and 15 inches in circumference.
Extra Large: Bicep between 17 inches and 20 inches in circumference and forearms between 13 inches and 17 inches and in circumference.
